In 2005,
Delhicious Foods went into the catering sector
in an attempt to boost sales. So far, this seems
to have been an excellent venture. The response
from clients has been excellent and Delhicious
Foods have expanded their kitchens to cater for
demand. A tasting room has been built in their
unit so, clients can come and enjoy the food comfortably
before deciding to proceed with their booking.
The recipes are handed down to Vicky by her grandmother
in Punjab but Vicky has adapted them to make them
her own and through Vicky’s own knowledge
of the food business from over the years she has
made them mouth watering.
